A bit about Agent Pronto
Agent Pronto is product of Real HQ LLC , a quaint little company that's going to change the real estate business one happy home at a time.
Bold Statement, huh?
The way home buyers and sellers connect with real estate agents right now is broken. Home buyers and sellers want to search for homes online in peace. When they're ready to work with an agent, they'll take the necessary steps. And when they do, they want to work with the best.
Agents spend too much of their precious time on ineffective and annoying marketing. Their staff is inundated with "Internet leads" from every angle, most of whom don't want to be bothered.
So how does Agent Pronto help?
If you are searching for homes online, use Zillow or Trulia - they do home search pretty well. When you're ready to work with a top real estate agent, come to Agent Pronto. We'll match you with the 3 best REALTORS ® in your area.
You will then meet with each and choose to work with the one that's right for you. It's not a complicated idea, yet most home buyers and sellers still rely on mediocre agents to help them through one of the biggest events of their lives.
Agent Pronto comes with no strings attached. No obligation, no cost and most importantly - no needless pestering. Home buyers and sellers leave our system with a top agent. Top agents are rewarded with fat pockets and a happy client. And we ride off into the sunset to do it all over again. It's the circle of life folks!
The Details on Real HQ

Who created Agent Pronto?
Tim Hackbarth
Hi, I'm Tim. I've been consulting with real estate agents for the past couple years about how to get more business online. During that time, I've helped build marketing ideas that made REALTORS® lots of dough. I've also tried things that turned out to be massive flops. Thankfully, agents stuck with me and I survived to live another day.
I started Agent Pronto because I realized there had to be a better way to do the real estate business. I think we're on the right track…
I enjoy writing articles on the Real HQ blog . I also post foolish missives on my personal blog Inspir.es . When I'm not sitting in front of a computer screen, I like to ride bicycles, do yoga, eat veggie burgers and enjoy the beautiful city of Austin, TX.
The first item on my bucket list is to have a Wikipedia entry written about me, but for now you'll just have to email me if you want to fill in the details: tim@agentpronto.com.
Peter Ostrander
Hey there. I'm Peter and I built this site. I've been working in web and graphic design for the better part of a decade. I've created interactive learning tools for use in university hospitals, personal sites for artists and individuals and web experiences for start-ups and product announcements. I also had a treasure-trove of web garbage and embarrasing design all over the internet from my school days… until Geocities was taken down in early 2010 (phew!).
Tim and I have worked collaboratively for the past few years. Agent Pronto is a continuation of that.
Although it may be argued I don't use them often, I did earn bachelors' degrees in Cinema and English. Much of my time away from my laptop is spent in front of some kind of movie box - the rest is taken up with personal projects, dining and exploring Chicago. If you need anything feel free to email me: peter@agentpronto.com
Dave Peters
Howdy. I'm Dave, one of the pretty faces behind Agent Pronto. I manage all the day-to-day operations here.
I've been working in IT, Marketing, and Customer Support since I was a wee child. I built my first website in the 3rd grade and yep, it was about Pokémon. Since then I've done everything from consulting, startups, to the ol' corporate 9-5. I'm new to the real estate business, but I think I'm catching on pretty quickly. I believe that no matter what I do, my mom will still describe my job as "working with computers".
I spend most of my free time reading, gardening, exploring Texas and working on pet projects both online and off.
