Brian worked with us for 6 months - he would take my husband out whenever there were houses we wanted to see. Finally when ours sold I flew down and he drove us around for 2 days and he was very patient with me and all my crazy requests on what I liked and didn’t like. I liked how he would give me feed back on houses because he was familiar with the area and I was new to it. When we finally found our house he was so sweet to come back and do the last walk through for us and he even would send me pictures of the house being painted and how the new carpet looked. He went above and beyond what any Realtor has ever done for us.

Brian has helped us buy our personal home as well as several rentals. Brian is ridiculously organized! Brian became my court appointed real estate commissioner. He guided me through the process of taking position of the home, and helped me navigate the substantial damage my ex had caused. He had contacts to help with necessary repairs. He went above and beyond even installing a garage window for me to stop the HOA fines monthly.
