Real Estate is my passion. I started out as an investor in 2005 flipping houses as I lived in them. I finally became licensed in 2021 so that I could help other succeed through real estate. I close on average 24 transactions per year as a solo agent, assisting both buyers and sellers. I have earned the 2024 rising star award, and I have several designations under my name. I am a certified real estate negotiator with the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation. I also have undergone specialized training to become a Military Relocation Professional. My niche is that I love to travel therefore I am able to assist buyers in both OR and WA states, and have a huge 2 hour radius of Portland metro as my coverage area.
