Very good service. We were in the Orlando area looking at homes and did not have a Realtor in the area that we were interested in. Agent Pronto hooked us up with a Realtor, Cheryl Brewer, the next day and we went out and found our home. Cheryl was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable in the realty business.

Cheryl is a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. If I have to do this again, she will be my first choice. It was amazing that after our first showing she quickly realized the type of neighborhood I want to look at, so we wasted no time.

We did not know who to contact regarding a reputable real estate agent since we live out of state and basically used our Florida home for retreat about twice a year. When we decided to sell our house, we found your listing online and sent a request for a local real estate agent. We were contacted within the hour and our agent, if I recall, came by the next day. She took all our information and we signed our papers. We then did the sales document transactions by email. All in all the sales experience was fairly smooth. The only trouble we had was in finding good buyers. Our experience in dealing with our agent was great. She was always courteous, informative and prompt whenever we called with questions.

Cheryl Brewer is the best realtor I have ever met and helped us so much. She was very professional but at the same time she made sure to get to know us and help us find the perfect home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home that they will love.

Cheryl helped me buy and sell two homes. She was knowledgeable throughout each, very different, experience making the process seamless for me every step of the way. She took initiative having repairs done according to current standards on my behalf, kept me informed, and left nothing to question. Cheryl found my last home 10 minutes after it went on the market and began the contract knowing it was exactly what I was looking for. My offer was accepted and I bought the home after several offers were submitted. Also, my property manager while one home was rented out, she found an amazing tenant, was prompt with concerns, and professional. I cannot say enough about her as a realtor and her character in general. I will definitely do business with her again the next time we relocate!

Buying a home in a bare market.
Out of the 7 realtor I have worked with throughout my life working Cheryl was the best realtor I have worked with. We looked at many other housing in different town. She was very knowledgeable on the houses we looked at and was always available to answer any questions we had. Cheryl was always on time and very organized throughout the entire home buying process. If I ever buy and another home I would defiantly work with her again.

Oh my gosh, where should I start? Cheryl is full of information , she is a wealth of knowledge. Very Knowledgeable and Patient Agent!
Working with Cheryl to sell our home in Lakeland was a great experience. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question we had very thoroughly. This wasn't our first home sale but each time is seemingly just as confusing as the first for us, especially being a military family and moving all over the county... every state is very different and we truly felt that we were in good hands with Cheryl.
We had a fairly large "hiccup" on our originally scheduled closing day, no fault of ours or hers, and she handled it spectacularly! We always felt that she had our backs! Not something I can say for most realtors we've had throughout the years!
In the end, our sale closed, and we are so glad that we had Cheryl with us for the process!
