My name is Dave Bernard, and I was born and raised in Massachusetts, where I have been a licensed real estate salesperson for over 30 years. I then obtained my Broker’s License and operated my own office for several years. Relocating to SWFL has allowed me to continue my real estate career while enjoying the fantastic weather.

I have completed my courses to achieve my certification as a Graduate, Realtor Institute. This designation enables me to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a realtor who has gained in-depth knowledge of technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.

I am also certified as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). In this role, I can offer assistance to homeowners who are having difficulty meeting their mortgage obligations. Working with the homeowner, I have the knowledge and expertise to help alleviate their obligations to the lender with minimal financial impact. Many lenders are more inclined to work with a CDPE agent than with one who is not certified.
