Eric is one of the best agents in Jackson County. I have known him for 15 years and have seen the success he has in selling homes. The process was absolutely smooth and seamless. We had an accepted offer on the house we were purchasing, listed ours and accepted an offer on ours all within 2 weeks. Eric was awesome through the entire process and always had everything prepared for us and ready to answer questions right away. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

The knowledge Eric has is crucial when buying a home. He knows the entire county well as well as the surrounding areas. His willingness to meet you to show a home at the last minute is phenomenal, and his insight into the home, the value versus the asking price ansd many other factors is invaluable. He's a seasoned agent who works so hard for his clients needs and represents them well!

I don't have a generally high opinion of real estate agents after repeatedly having experiences where realtor would intentionally create "us vs them" scenarios, where it felt more like they were trying to sell me the concept that we were fighting a war together and that I owed them some kind of loyalty.

Eric Ropp has no need of tactics like this because he's competent and forthright. You don't need to worry about following up; he & Raquel take care of things on their own, unprodded. Eric exists to connect buyers and sellers, and will ensure clients are not being taken advantage of, but only because it's a necessary condition of a fair and honest transaction: he has integrity. It's very satisfying to find people like this in existence.

Eric & Raquel were very responsive throughout process, were patient, and did an exceptionally good job at handling a remote client (myself) in an unusual situation, as well as handling a remote closing. Never met him in-person, still the best experience I've had with a real estate agent; wouldn't hesitate to recommend for any situation.

Eric happened to be the agent listed on a home my fiancée and I found on zillow. He gave an honest tour of the property and always pointed out potential problem areas. He understood and respected my requirements. The best part about Eric is he's not a pushy salesman, he genuinely wants the best for you. He helped us find the perfect house, and then went the extra mile, helping us negotiate to avoid paying closing costs, keep some furniture in the home, and even a reduced interest rate on my loan. To top it all off, he's just an all around enjoyable guy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home in central michigan!

I was referred to Eric from the lending agency I was preapproved from. Being I am a first time homebuyer, there was a lot I did not know and Eric and his assistant Raquel were extremely helpful. He easily worked around our schedules and helped explain processes and anything he thought was important for me to know. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions. I definitely recommend him as he was a wonderful help in the purchase of my first home.
