Over the years I have dealt with 10 other realtors when buying and selling homes. James and Christine were significantly more professional than all of them. They are not just realtors/brokers, they are business people. They have great judgment and a keen sense of what was critical and what was not critical, in the sale of our home. Their ability to negotiate the best deal for us, not just complete a transaction, is what sets them apart, in my experience. Amazingly, I have had realtors that handle the process like they were working for the other side, and/or just wanted the transaction completed, instead of looking out for our best interest and fighting for us. Not the Clarks, they are focused on what is best for their clients, not just getting a deal done! We sold two homes with them, and were extremely satisfied with them, for both sales!
