Great experience from stsrt to finish. Walked us through every step of the way, knew exactly what we were looking for in a house. Gave us advise from her experience as a realtor. Telling us what we needed to do as far as credit help, lender help. Was always available with any help or questions we had during the whole process. Jenny is very supportive and generous. Giving us house warming gifts, being there during our closing. She stopped by a few days after our move in to check In on us. She is a realtor thst doesn't stop at closing either. Jenny goes above and beyond the call of duty. Sending gifts throughout the years for different occasions. Highly recommend by far! Of we were to decide to sell our home Jenny will be with out question a realtor we will be working with in the future.

Jenny goes over and above what any other realtor would do. She helped us sell 2 homes and buy one. Jenny dealt with a difficult Lennar sales agent. Jenny even helped my mom with packing last minute items and finding her help her with her move. On our final walk thru day I broke my leg and ankle. Jenny went out of her way and brought us dinner so we didn't have to worry about that. Jenny is the only one who takes care of her clients even after the sales. Jenny is always providing fun free events to all her clients no matter how long it has been since they worked together. I would highly recommend Jenny, and have done so to many people, for your real estate needs. Jenny or her team don't work 9 to 5, more like 5 a.m. to midnight. Got to give her a couple of hours to sleep!

We picked Jenny to be our realtor because of her no nonsense approach to buying and selling homes. Her online presence won me over. I reached out to her and heard back from her a short time later. We were selling our home in Idaho and needing a home in Colorado. Jenny would send me videos of homes or FaceTime me so I felt a part of the home buying experience. What should have been a three week process turned into three months. Jenny Hart stood by us and guided us the entire way. We bought a manufactured home in Gilcrest that was not yet purged. The listing agent had no idea what that meant (nor did we at first) but thankfully Jenny did and she knew and explained what to expect during the process. This was extremely helpful, not only to us as first time buyers, but also for the sellers and the listing agent who had not been though this governmental process before.
