To give credit where it is due, Kurt Bachmann is as good as they come. When it is 90 degrees outside, the last thing anyone wants to do is tromp through backyards, drive all over town looking at houses (that may or may not reek of animal urine), and repeatedly remind my clueless self which house it was we looked at that had the thing and which one had the deal. But Kurt did. On his first day back from vacation. On a whopping one day notice from me. And he did it will a genuine smile on his face. We hit half a dozen houses today and whether talking to open house agents or sellers who get back home early, he was always ready to go. Plus, in a market that is still hyper-competitive, he is great at helping you put together an offer that can stand out. I’ve said to Kurt more than once, “Stop me from being stupid here…”, yet he always finds a way to point out something I might not have considered in a way that doesn’t make me feel like an idiot.
