Kurt was invaluable guiding us through the difficult and lengthy process of selling two both of our homes and finding our dream house on bermont. From the first email to the last closing Kurt helped us through the highs and lows of this long and emotional process! It was nice to feel that you were getting the best service available - service you could trust - which really helps in this complicated world. Kurt is THE MAN!!

Don't bother with all those wanna be brokers out there. I've had the pleasure of working with Kurt twice in the past 2 years and was blown away with his attention to detail and thorough communication skills. He's really upbeat and friendly yet totally professional.

The first sale we did with Kurt was listed in December, had an offer within a month, which was ultimately accepted at listed price. The second was listed in early April with an open house Sunday and offers on Monday well above list.

Yeah, we're happy campers!!

Kurt is my "go-to" agent when I need Real Estate help. Doesnt matter what company he is affiliated with. Personal, one on one service, constant updates and suggestions. His phone number in my phone is listed as "Real Estate Guru".

I never knew a realtor could be as patient and supportive as Kurt Thompson was. He and his colleagues made a very difficult process as easy as possible. Kurt was crystal clear on what we had to do to maximize the value and sell - ability (Is that a word?) of our home. And he was right. His sense of humor was also a plus. He showed faith in us during the difficult process of cleaning out 50 years of accumulated family stuff and fixing problems we found along the way. Kurt was the one who found we had termites when he was checking out our cellar. His attention to detail (example - suggesting we get a new net for our old basketball hoop to make it look better) was very helpful. The "stager" consultant he paid for was excellent. I would recommend Kurt Thompson to anyone either selling or buying a home.
