She was professional yet personal, tough when it came to negotiations but gentle, kind, and respectful when dealing with all parties involved, knowledgeable and market savvy, and willing to sacrifice making a sale in order to ensure we didn’t step into an unwise purchase when she could see factors we couldn’t. The only thing I regretted about purchasing a home with Lana is that it meant our house hunt was over….but we would absolutely LOVE to buy another home just to be able to work with her again!
