We engaged Mark Vilas to negotiate the purchase of a property adjacent to ours. He had extensive knowledge of the area and property values and guided us in making an appropriate offer. When the offer was accepted he made sure we had all of the appropriate paperwork filled so the closing would complete smoothly.

Mark Vilas was very quick to respond and did his best to get all of our questions answered
in a timely manner. He listed our house appropriately and sold quickly.
