Michael was referred to me through a trusted friend and i was not disappointed. Michael did a wonderful job of helping us with the sale of our mother's home after she passed. It was complicated by the executrix living out of state. Michael gave good advice about pricing, repairs, negotiations and was a good listener with an emotion-filled process.
