Patty was a pleasure to work with!
She came over and helped me with what I needed to do to get the place ready for sale a couple of times. Then she got me multiple offers and helped me with the decisions and negotiations to get the buyer that would go through to closing. The buyer's realtor did the final walk-through the day of closing and said that the air conditioner was not working so after closing, Patty went to the place (I couldn't make it) and sent me pictures and tried everything out for me. She also recommended HVAC, however we resolved it without any HVAC people. I would recommend Patty to all of my friends and family!

She is detail oriented, has your best interest in mind, and is flexible. I had no doubts that I was in the best hands for what I had to go through, during this crazy home buying experience. 11/10 would work with again and I will be referring her to all my family and friends

Patty guided me throughout the process from home search to closing. I appreciate her honesty, integrity and patience. Even if I had to cancel my home search twice, she was very understandable and willing to help. She also has a good network of real estate professionals that she recommends for closing (lenders, inspectors, lawyers, etc.). Patty understands the local housing market pretty well.
