Absolutely wonderful to work with!

Shannon was patient with the concerns that arose with divorced parties, she handled it very calmly. Covid was a problem, but with patience and understanding Shannon guided people through the house and let them know masks were necessary for procedure. Shannon got back to me quickly with every offer and every showing, to let me know if they made an offer. Shannon's skill at negotiating was great. I, am so very pleased with how this turned out!! Will never do business with anyone but Shannon Clark at Century 21!

Shannon exudes positivity and cheerfulness. She is dedicated to her profession and community. In the middle of selling our home she donated a kidney. Her communication while in the hospital never stopped and made sure we knew who to contact if she couldn’t be reached. Thank you Shannon.

Shannon did a very good job considering all the roadblocks we were faced with the COVID 19 pandemic going on. If it wasnt for that I think our house wouldve been sold in a matter of weeks, not months.

Very knowledgeable about the prices in the area, very friendly to work with,works very hard to sell your property

As an out of state seller of a home she gave valuable input into ideas to help us sell the home. She assisted in getting knowledgeable contractors locally that could fix a few minor problems. These were fixed in a timely manner. Even with a pandemic in them middle of contract negotiation she came through with the sale.

Shannon is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the area and answered every question i had in a very timely manner. Shannon demonstrated a very positive outlook on this process. i would love to do business with Shannon again in the future.

I decided to switch and in our first conversation she said she was going to get this house sold for me. She worked very hard for her commission and deserves every penny.

VERY INFORMATIVE ON THE PROPERTY ALL QUESTIONS ASKED WERE ANSWERED VERY PROFEFFIONALLY.

Shannon was the only agent that was willing to put the effort into helping my low income status and provide access to resources to help my position. She also was very considerate of my situation as a hard working mom and put those considerations into finding our perfect forever home.

I never once felt as though I could not reach out to Shannon regarding ANYTHING.

All other staff were very accommodating especially when Shannon was out of town and I had a surprise visit and wanted to show the house. Another agent stepped in and met me at the house in a timely manner.

Shannon was EXCELLENT to work with. We were nervous to go into homebuying because we had never done this before and she took so much time to show us everything and explain everything thoroughly.
