We were a difficult fit with the specific requirements for price, acreage and barn needs. They learned what we needed, got to know our family and then went anywhere and everywhere with us. Great team to work with and we will be using them to sell our previous residence when it goes on the market.

Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. She made took into account my needs and was transparent with me when we saw houses that wouldn't benefit me in the long run. She was patient with me through all of the showings and was available whenever I had questions about anything regarding home purchasing. She also gave me a buyer's guide with a lot of critical information about buying a home when we first met. As a first time buyer, it was a great resource! I will definitely use Shawn again in the future!

The price of the property made no difference, each time she work with me as if I had a million dollar listing. Her attention to detail, her expansive knowledge of the area, a high level of integrity, and thoroughness made both buying and selling properties simple and with outcomes that exceeded expectations. Shawn Ashley was recommended to me by my sister, so I knew she had to be good, but she exceeded my expectations. Shawn showed me almost 30 houses over the course of a year. Previously worked with Shawn and knew that she had a straight forward get it done attitude. This was very important to me as well as her upfront, forward, and honest communication. Shawn and Miles both hold themselves to a high level integrity. The is the most important attribute in my opinion and I view them in high respect because of this.
