I worked with Christine to buy a house, and was more then happy with how quickly she worked to get me into a house I wanted to see and how smoothly she made the buying process. She did great at keeping me informed on what was being done or needed and made sure she went over all the options I had the entire time. I will be using GreenTree if I ever decide to sell or buy another house.

My home in Topeka was a pandemic purchase in 2021. Christine was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She responded to my questions quickly (and as a first-time homebuyer, there were many!), explained everything thoroughly, and was incredibly patient. I never felt pushed to make a decision. After I purchased my home and wanted to do additional work, she provided a list of trusted vendors. I love the house I'm in, and I appreciate all that Christine did to help me buy it!

When selling, they went above and beyond helping us to clean and prepare our home. They also saved us lots of money going over our project list, deciding what would add value and what wouldn't. When buying our new home, they helped us to move quickly in a fast moving market, allowing us to beat other offers that came in that same day. I cannot recommend them high enough!
