We were really pleased with Joe Hoagland's service. He responded quickly with any questions, made time in his schedule to show various homes when we were in Omaha. Joe even FaceTimed with us, at times when we could not be in Omaha, to show us homes we were interested in. He met with our daughter and son to view homes and FaceTimed with us. Joe was also very honest with us. Often times, he noticed little imperfections that were not obvious to us. He advised us on offering prices. Joe was the exact type of realtor for us!
