I can't say enough about Ian and his team. Ian is very knowledgeable about real estate in Barrie and in surrounding communities. He helped me to get a great price for the house I was selling, even arranging (at no charge to me) for an interior designer to walk through the house with me and provide many tips to make the house looks it's best. Ian was very patient while I looked at dozens of houses to try and find one I wanted to purchase. He definitely seemed more interested in making sure I made the right decisions than he was in just making a sale, which isn't true for all agents.
