Journey - We got our Permanent Residences and in next 2 days I started to look for properties that was the plan, we are paying a lot for rent so perfect sense to jump onboard the market, Deesh contacted us on Sat, had a virtual session to explain the whole process which build the foundation on what was to come, Deesh then looked at sending us catered listing's which we were looking for, believe me all the listing's had all the things we had looked for, the very next day was a weekend , so we asked if we could do showings and he said it's last min but Deesh managed to book 3, we went and liked 1 property but before we could finalize Deesh informed that property wad sold unconditionally ( nothing much you can do with these sales..but Deesh advised as we are First time home buyers ) we should go for conditional and do the due diligence.. we did not like the other 3, Dees
