He is a research machine and always finds solutions and for the randomest things, not just real estate. HE IS NOT LIKE OTHER REAL ESTATE AGENTS. I’ve come across many agents and let me be polite to them and say Sokhan Nhem is an actual normal person who simply enjoys talking solutions, with endless energy, God bless. If he has a motto, it would be, when you’re with Sokhan, you’re with family, but I think he’ll come up with one on his own….

Mr. Sandhu was an excellent representative of the company. I needed a pet friendly condo and he even took my dog for walks during our visitation. Not to mention that Tesla. If we love anything it’s an environment friendly salesman. Beautiful big man with an even bigger heart. We called him the milkman but he was so much more than that.
