Very knowledgeable and helpful! We moved from out of state. I couldn’t take much time off from work so I needed a Realtor that was willing to FaceTime me and accommodate our schedules to view. When there few photos, Nickie would go the extra distance for extra photos. My wife and I found a wonderful home it was negotiated well. I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor. Thank you Nickie!

Nickie has both sold me a home and sold a home for me in Cedar Key, FL. In both cases Nickie did an excellent job of keeping me informed and working through the process. During a recent storm she even went to my home and took a video of the house to show me how it weathered the storm! That is really going above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. If, I ever have a need for a realtor in the Cedar Key, FL area, it will be Nickie Rucker and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area or selling a home there. Her commitment to her clients is outstanding.
