Amy Hullet was amazing, she listened to us and took into consideration everything we wanted in a house and everything we wanted to achieve with the selling of our house. No matter where or what she was doing she always took time to answer any questions or concerns we had, and as first time sellers we had lots haha! We had a great experience with Amy and will recommend her to everyone! She is hands down THE best!

I don't know of any other Real Estate Agent that I could say has demonstrated the true professionalism that Amy has. She took the time to understand our needs/desires in selling our home, market it properly, and ensure we sold our home as quickly as possible. When Amy said she could have our home sold in 4 weeks, in a market where we have seen homes on that market in excess of 4 months, I had my doubts! After Amy successfully negotiated the sale of our home in 3 1/2 weeks, I became a believer! Not to mention, she took time away from her personal (out of country!) vacation to negotiate the sale of our house, at 10:30PM! I would HIGHLY recommend Amy to anyone - selling, buying, or both!

We just went to an open house that she was an agent of and met her and we liked her. She wasn't pushy and was friendly and gave us space until we were ready to buy a house.

She made things very clear for us first time home buyers and was great at communicating clearly with us. She always seemed to put us first.

Amy Hullet went above and beyond finding us the type of home we were looking for. Even though we had been looking online for a long time, it was overwhelming trying to locate the type of home we wanted. Amy listened to our description, needs, and wants and found the home we were looking for. We were very appreciative of her suggestions and help.

I know a few realtors whose names passed through my mind for ... oh ... maybe ten seconds. I met Amy a couple of years ago and I love her positive enthusiastic energy. She has a genuine interest in people. I was confident Amy was the best choice to lead me to the home that best fit my needs and my pocketbook. And I was correct. I needed some hand-holding due to my indecision and Amy was right there.

Amy went above and beyond to make us happy. We were first time home buyers. The seller was very interesting and Amy still made the deal work. We would refer her to anyone. We will only work with her in the future.

Amy did an outstanding job of understanding our needs, designing a sales plan to achieve them, and keeping us fully informed throughout the sales process. We needed someone we could trust thoroughly since we moved out of state before the sale closed, and Amy is that person.

Amy Hullet gave us excellent service. She spent time surveying the house and recommending what we needed to do and not do before it was put on the market. She gave us a well-researched estimate of what we might expect in the way of pricing. She was available to answer our questions and work with our schedule as to putting the house on the market. She gave the house wide exposure and was prompt in responding to offers made and clarifying the factors involved in each offer. We feel she was very professional and thorough in everything she did and she was enjoyable to work with.

Amy made the home buying process not only stress free but actually fun. She was very upfront and I knew all of the benefits and pitfalls of a home before even stepping foot in the house. She was always accessible and would let me look at a house with just a few hours of advance notice. She is an excellent communicator and an absolute gem to work with. She will be the only realtor that I ever work with. Thanks Amy, you truly are amazing at what you do!!
