I've been a Residential Realtor since 2013, within Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. I'm also an Associate Broker and also licensed for Property Management.

Originally from Toronto, I moved to Hong Kong when I was 16 and upon finishing High School, I studied Law at University in London, England.

In 2000 I moved to British Columbia and grew to appreciate the balance of city life and outdoor living. I competed in Triathlons, all the way up to Ironman, for 10 years.

Eventually the Real Estate Industry interested me enough that I got my license and focused on getting as much experience as I could, selling everything from manufactured homes to condos and townhouses, up to multimillion dollar houses. I've gained experience in leasehold and freehold title properties, all-around establishing a solid expertise in residential sales.

I think my skillset lies in my ability to simplify the home sale and purchase process. I also negotiate price and terms effectively.
