My first contact with Andrew was right after I had done some random home searches online with remax. He contacted me and set up a meeting. He put me at ease at our first meeting as he took time to understand my peculiar situation and the different options I was exploring. I also made him to understand that my husband was away at the time and that upon his return we would have to revisit and possibly make changes to what I had told him earlier. He accommodated my request.

Being first time home buyers we had the expected jitters, indecision, reality checks along the way but Andrew carried us along. He was patient with us through the whole process while we went from checking homes in different parts of the lower mainland until we narrowed down to our current place. First things first , to say Andrew is as professional a realtor as you can get is a massive understatement. From day one he listened carefully to Kate (my wife) and myself and what we deemed a perfect property for us , once he knew the ballpark figure he set about his job dutifully. By setting both Kate and myself up on the Zolo app we were able to cherry pick the properties we liked most , in the areas we loved and combining that with Andrews vast knowledge of the market several properties came under serious consideration. We viewed several properties but in fact it was actually the second property that ticked nearly all the boxes that mattered most to us.
