Andy has everything that a top-notch realtor should have, such as excellent customer service skills, approachability, research skills, knowledge, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency. Re: the quick sale of our house (which sold in 5 days), from the excellent description of our property to the professional photos and brochure, Andy hit the nail on the head every time. We were also amazed that our house sold for such a great price in this very slow market. Re: the purchase of our new home, Andy got us a great price on the house and was able to work with the seller’s agent to close the deal within one day. This experience was one that we will never forget. We are so pleased! I would highly recommend Andy Naudi.

He was very intuitive with his suggestion, after listening to our wants and needs. He guided us through the whole process of buying and selling our homes. It was not easy with the market with a limited inventory. He sold our large home and property and found us our new home in a peaceful, beautiful community. We are enjoying our new lifestyle.
