Three qualities struck me immediately about RE/MAX HALLMARK JAMIE DEMPSTER GROUP REALTY: his personality is suited to working with clients, he is a trustworthy professional who is knowledgeable and skilled in the business of realty. With such qualities who wouldn't recommend him?

Jamie inspired confidence from the first meeting. He did not overpromise; he presented a realistic set of expectations and range of possible/probable outcomes. He made excellent suggestions on how to prepare the house without blowing the budget. As a result, the house was in such a professionally prepared state, backed by an excellent marketing/sales plan, that even though the first day of listing was during a storm, there was a flood of showings on day 1 and an even greater number on day 2. The sheer number of showings signaled that there was a very high demand for the property because it showed well BUT also because it was priced appropriately based on neighbourhood recent sales and the current demand in that area. In other words, Jamie's research and plan was perfectly executed. He and his team communicated frequently and clearly and Jamie was easily accessible. The result was an overwhelming success for us (and the buyer, who purchased a great home). I highly recommend Jamie Dempster Realty Group. If/when there is another home to list or purchase, Jamie will be the first person I will call.

I spoke with Jamie earlier in the season about another property he had listed. I was impressed by his approach and so when it came time for me to buy I interviewed him and another agent.
He impressed me again so I went with him.

We unexpectedly had to sell our amazing home to move across the country. Jamie got us onto the market and to an accepted offer in less than a month in the middle of COVID, giving us the ability to buy a home in our new city. It was important to my husband and myself to feel comfortable with the agent we would be working with. Free to express our desires and concerns as well as keep us informed as to what was happening out in the market, not someone who would have us sign papers and disappear never to be heard from until an offer was presented. We had to work with someone we felt we could trust, who had our best interests at the top of the list. Jamie felt we had a good product to sell and went above and beyond when marketing our home.

Jamie could not have done a better job if he tried. Selling our family home was emotional, much more so than we anticipated when we decided to move on and relocate to a small quiet city. Jamie understood our emotions, and stress and always made himself available, not necessarily when we asked, but when he saw that we needed to have a conversation or be reassured that what we were going through and feeling was normal. His patience was endless.
