My name is Benjamin May, and I have lived in Kitchener Waterloo my entire life.

I am a graduate of WLU with an Honours degree in Applied Economics. While there, I discovered my passion for real estate and real estate investing. I am adept at putting together the numbers for investors and helping them understand exactly what their rate of return will be, along with all of the risks and rewards associated with that return.

I always stay true to my word and consistently exceed my clients' expectations, making their move as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. I believe in having clients for life and always doing what is absolutely best for them.

I am dedicated to helping people, which includes creating passive income through real estate investing. I also understand the need for immediate cash and have assisted many clients with "fix and flip" projects to generate quick funds.

As a real estate investor for many years, I understand the importance of attracting the right type of tenant. I have also managed my own Airbnb, gaining experience that allows me to help clients avoid various risks related to tenants.

Additionally, I am a developer of multi-family buildings, partnering with builders, and I can assist with these larger transactions—everything from land assembly to final approval with the region or city.
