I was impressed with Bryan and Kathryn in that they responded quickly to my inquires for information pertaining to property I was interested in. Even when they were out of town on vacation, when I inquired about a property they put me in touch with a member of their team to show me the home.
I also, appreciate that Bryan and Kathryn were diligently looking for property that fit our specific needs. We were looking for a home with an in-law-suite, which was a challenge within out budget.

Bryan did such a great job helping us buy our first house. We had many requirements for a house and Bryan worked very closely with us to find houses that met our requirements, helped us get out to showings quickly, and helped us craft a solid offer in a sellers market. We had a lot of questions and Bryan answered them all and was very responsive and accessible throughout the process. Really glad we went with Bryan and will definitely recommend to our friends in Greater Cincinnati!
