Brian helped us for months to sell our house and find our new one. There was lots of “hurdles” along the way, ie. the fire alarm code changing and having to update the fire alarms in our old house in the two new rooms, he even suggested contractors and an inspector, way above and beyond his normal job scope, more than once. This all took place in the middle of the “pandemic”, which posed challenges all on their own. He has a very balanced demeanour, and kept his composure, and remained extremely professional the whole time. He took calls all hours of the day and showed us houses for months and months. Bryan is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate industry. I cannot say enough about how happy we were, I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone else. The whole process in our particular situation was extremely complex, he navigated the transactions with relative ease and, constantly reassured us to put our minds at ease!! Bryan is a great person!
