After high school, I got my first job and, like most, began by working in food service. I was hired at Subway and worked there for two years. I knew that it wasn't my dream job, but I truly enjoyed chatting with and getting to know our regulars. When I decided to transition out of food service, I moved into property management. I was hired as the Assistant Property Manager at Ash Street Place Apartments and worked for a year before being promoted to Property Manager. I found so much joy at Ash Street and met many amazing people who will be lifelong friends. Whether it be making someone a sandwich or helping someone find a home, I've always found the most rewarding part of my job to be the relationships I've made with the wonderful people who call Columbia their home!
