Very clear and transparent in his communication - he spoke from experience, told us the truth and things we would need to consider with each property, and never made us feel pressured into purchasing something that wouldn't fit our family. As first-time home buyers, there was a lot of fumbling and uncertainty as we learned what we were doing, and Cam guided us through the whole process and helped us feel confident in our decisions.
