When relocating to South Florida from Central Florida for employment, I spoke with several agents that I randomly selected from listings on realtor.com. After speaking with Carla Connor the first time, it was clear to me that she was the right agent for us. Carla is not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate, but she happened to live in the area where we were interested in properties. Carla selected the best of the best properties within our criteria, and even pulled a new listing just before we were to meet to look at properties. That new listing that she pulled while she was planning our showings is the very property that we selected. Carla's advice during the contract and negotiation process was spot on, and I feel that her advice lead to our offer being accepted. Before we moved in to our new house, we had several things that we wanted to have done to the property. Because we were over 2 hours away, Carla called on her contacts and even met with several of them on our behalf. Carla went above and beyond what should be expected from a real estate agent, all while making us feel as though we were the only clients that she had, even though we knew how busy she really was.
