Carol Lynn knows the Northwest suburbs inside and out - the can tell you every benefit and drawback to every neighborhood and school. She gets to know her clients and what they will/will not like so she'll pre-screen properties for you. Our condo was only on the market for 21 days before we accepted an offer and she really helped us negotiate the best sales price for both our sale and purchase. I view Carol Lynn as a trusted friend.
