Cathy Few

Cathy was born in Versailles, France, and raised in Annecy, France. In 1982, she made her permanent home in El Paso, TX, where she opened Granprix Kawasaki. Cathy possesses a wealth of small business knowledge and has always worked towards supporting community growth and development. In 2003, Cathy sold her successful Kawasaki business and embarked on her adventure in the real estate world. She received her real estate license in 2004 and obtained her Texas Realtors Broker's license in 2008.

Cathy is very active in the local community, volunteering for organizations such as the Red Cross, the Center for Women, Habitat for Humanity, and the El Paso Humane Society. She is well-known in the local real estate community due to her extensive involvement with the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® (GEPAR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR), and the Council of Independent Brokers Associates (CIBA). She has served on GEPAR's Education Committee from 2009 to 2015, GEPAR's Advertising Committee in 2008, GEPAR Planning in 2012, the Installation Banquet in 2011, and on the Equal Opportunity Housing Committee in 2011, where she was the chair in 2012.

Cathy holds many certifications and designations; she is a recent graduate of the inaugural class of the Texas Leadership Program. Her credentials include GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), ABR (Certified Residential Specialist), CRS (Senior Real Estate Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), THSA (Texas Housing Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), E-Pro, and Texas Veterans Recognized Broker. She is multilingual, speaking English, French, Spanish, and German.

Cathy's professional accomplishments are numerous, and she has achieved all of this while raising three wonderful children: two daughters, ages 24 and 26, and her son, age 30. She understands the importance of family and home and possesses vast knowledge of the local real estate market and community, along with valuable small business insights that will benefit any team she leads.
