Charlie’s first introduction to real estate was through an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of surface and mineral estate ownership that landed at his door. Since 2008, he has been an independent Landman for energy companies across the United States, negotiating oil and gas leases, surface and mineral interest transfers, and acting as the liaison between energy companies and the surface and/or mineral rights owners. Parlaying this expertise into real estate sales, Charlie joined Small Dog Realty in 2015 and became a Broker Associate in 2018.
