I first dealt with Dave a few years ago during the pandemic and he helped me file a tax assessment appeal.
We did everything by phone and were successful in getting my taxes lowered. He kept in touch - sending emails and mailings, and when my parents were ready to sell their home and move to assisted living, I thought of Dave. The house was formally listed for sale on a Thursday, there were 8 offers - all over asking price, and the house was sold by Saturday. Dave was always available to answer questions and helped with recommendations for cleanout services and support when I was overwhelmed with the process. Would highly recommend Dave.

It was a daunting task going through it the first time and Jackie helped and guided us through the entire process. All we had to do was show up, look at things, and sign when told! Beyond the initial home purchase, what has impressed me more than anything else is the constant relationship building this team goes through. They have many events throughout the year(happy hours, hockey games, etc.) to show client appreciation as well as small tokens of appreciation. It's little but one of my favorite things they do is the yearly Guinness bottle dropped off on my door step for St. Paddy's day. It's nice be thought of. Dave one time even sent me a happy birthday video message! - no one has ever done that before. I thought these events and kind gestures were just a temporary thing that they do for recent home buyers and sellers. NOPE! It continues to this day four years later!
