With Dave and his team’s knowledge and expertise, the listing, and the sale alleviated a lot of stress with their reassurance that my house would sell. I highly recommend Dave and his phenomenal team to anyone selling or buying their home.

We are experienced real-estate investors and found Dave to be excellent. He obviously understands the process (even of more complex transactions). More importantly, he displayed an excellent work ethic to an extent that we have found lacking in the field. For instance, after an inspection one of our buildings needed a repair quickly to close. He found the contractor, coordinated the work, and got it done. Its this type of extra service that sets Dave above his more commoditized peers. Thanks Dave!

Dave and his team are truly amazing to work with. They make everything so easy, even for someone like me that knows nothing about real estate. They helped me purchase my new home, worked with me on how to finance it, and then sold my old home in less than 3 days for full asking price. Dave also seems to know everyone. He had a guy for financing, he even found me an exterior painter on short notice. I will never use another realtor.
