Dave and his team are truly amazing to work with.
They make everything so easy, even for someone like me that knows nothing about real estate. They helped me purchase my new home, worked with me on how to finance it, and then sold my old home in less than 3 days for full asking price. Dave also seems to know everyone. He had a guy for financing, he even found me an exterior painter on short notice. I will never use another realtor.
