If we could give 6 stars we would. We got put in touch with Dave by a friend and never once did we regret or question our decision with our new realtor. We just had a new born and with our landlord jacking our rent up by 15% we knew it was time to get out the rent game and start looking to purchase our own home. It was winter so the market was slow but Dave took our parameters in our search and got to work showing us all the homes within our budget and our wishes. We were requesting showings to several houses at short notice as the houses were not staying on the market for very long and Dave was very accommodating and even came out to places like Paris at the drop of a hat. Within a week we had found a place we liked within our budget and with Dave's guidance and expert knowledge in the field we secured our new home! Long story short, if your looking for a new home.
