Tom and I had heard about Ed and his hard work in delivering good service and decided to give him a try. We were selling our home in Greensville and were moving to our "cottage home". Ed went above and beyond to give us good service and even held an open house on Father's Day!!! He was knowledgeable about everything we needed to do and walked us through all the steps. We called him frequently and he responded in a professional and prompt manor. He even called us and the buyers from a vacation in Muskoka!!! We met Ed 3 and ½ years ago, when we were looking for our first house to buy. With a baby on the way and not wanting to do very much to the house, and not being approved for very much, Ed found some great houses to look at. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away. After nervously calling Ed around 8 on a Thursday night, he talked me through the entire process and got my offer in THAT NIGHT! Even though he was actually away on vacation, he took the time to make it happen! I was amazed at Ed' commitment and passion as a real estate agent.
