I highly recommend working with this real estate group if you are looking to rent or buy. I worked with Brad Rhodenizer, and I am beyond happy I did. He was so patient and so nice about everything. Not only did he make it a fun experience, but he also supported me in making a great application package to get the place I truly wanted in Toronto. Which, coming from the US and moving to Canada meant a lot to me because it is a different process. Once I was approved, Brad helped me with finding reputable places for tenant insurance and answered all questions regarding renting a place in Ontario.
