Gord Sears – Profile
Gord has been a Calgary Realtor since 2005. For the previous 6 years, Gord is specialized in Commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in land acquisition for developers, multi-family, leasing and business sales with a Masters in Commercial Properties (MiCP) designation through the Calgary Real Estate Board.
Prior to entering Real Estate in 2005, Gord worked for 22 years as a Financial Planner for high income physicians and dentists focusing on estate planning, tax planning and tax minimization. Gord previously worked as a commercial pilot working for BC Outfitters prior to moving to Alberta.
Gord is also a licensed UAV pilot for aerial drone photography, providing an added dimension of skills to his real estate clients. Gord is married with 3 children and an avid dog lover with 2 dogs, and is currently living in Chestermere.
