I had started the home buying process with another realtor that was recommended by my first lender. I was so unhappy with the service I was receiving that I almost decided not to proceed with buying a house. That's when Heidi Krenz-Buchanan was recommended to me by some friends. I did a lot of house searching on my own so I already had some houses I wanted to see when I contacted Heidi. She happily set up times to see the houses I had picked out on my own. But she didn't leave all the searching up to me! She talked to me about my wants and needs - not only in the house itself but also life in general. I think that's important because as a home buyer you can so easily get caught up in the house details that you don't think about outside aspects of life that you should be considering. She sent me listings that she thought I might like that actually met my wants and needs (unlike my first realtor).

She was happy to show me any house I requested. One thing that really stood out about Heidi while viewing the houses was her honest input/thoughts/knowledge that she freely shared. She pointed things out - good or bad - about the house, the neighborhood, etc that I wouldn't have known to look for as a first time buyer. I felt that she was truly interested in helping me find MY house, not just any house to make a sale. She was patient and caring yet firm when I was dragging my feet about making a decision (I'm definitely a person that needs that from time to time!!). Heidi was great at communicating with me; timely with updates and paperwork, and understanding when things didn't go as planned throughout the process.

I could go on and on but the moral of my story is I loved my experience with Heidi Krenz-Buchanan! I recommend anyone and everyone that is looking to buy or sell a property to use her services. You won't be disappointed!!!

I used Heidi Krenz-Buchanan to sell a house. She was always available when I needed her. She was great at keeping in contact with me and making sure deadlines were not missed (which is very important in real estate!) I would recommend Heidi to others that were in the market to buy or sell real estate - and I have!! I will use Heidi again when the need arises.
