Just a few words to tell you how much we appreciate your hard work in what, at times, seemed like an impossible quest. Despite not having a clue of what or where we wanted to buy, you were exceptionally gracious and patient as we viewed countless properties throughout the four corners of the city and beyond. At the risk of being unpopular, you were unwavering in your conviction of putting clients’ needs ahead of your own by not allowing us to overpay for properties we were grudgingly willing to settle on. Instead of giving up, you worked even harder and soon found us the perfect-fixer upper at a great price, which you helped turn into our dream home. Throughout it all, we had a blast working with you! You really went above and beyond our expectations, and we will certainly be recommending your services to everyone we know.

Thank you so much for all you have done to support my parents with their house sale and for the many kindnesses you shown; from the anniversary flowers and doughnuts to the final negotiations, you are truly a class act. It’s been a pleasure and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
