In November of 2020, we connected with James Sack because we wanted assistance in buying our first home in mid-town Fort Collins. Before beginning to look at houses, James suggested to us a few lenders that might provide an educative lender experience (credit score, paying points, closing costs and down payments, debt to income ratio, etc...). We ended up using James' most preferred lender and it was also a great experience.
