My past experiences, including certified home inspector, insurance roof adjuster, home builder, and small business owner for the past 15 years, provide my real estate clients with the background and expertise they deserve.

Our family has called Northern Colorado for sixteen years now, and we love it here. My wife is the program manager for one of the top social enterprise MBA programs in the nation, at Colorado State University. Together with our two children and pet rescue dog, our family cannot imagine living anywhere else (except maybe Maui for a few months in the winter?).

In January 2021, we went on a two-day home search journey, ranging from Larkspur up to Fort Collins, viewing new home builds and existing homes. We visited at least 12 builders, and were able to experience the difference in architecture, build quality, and lot layout, along with learning about metro tax districts, HOA's, and waiting lists/lottery draws to purchase properties in this crazy Colorado housing market. James followed up with builders and kept us informed regarding price increases, available lots, builder upgrades, and the general market conditions, since we were based in Washington and couldn't experience what was happening in Colorado.
