n August 2020, our family needed to sell a house in another state. In November of 2020, we connected with James Sack because we wanted assistance in buying our first home in mid-town Fort Collins. Before beginning to look at houses, James suggested to us a few lenders that might provide an educative lender experience (credit score, paying points, closing costs and down payments, debt to income ratio, etc...). We ended up using James' most preferred lender and it was also a great experience. James communicated to us what to expect as far as buyers' home inspections, lending and appraisals, and post closing occupancy agreements, and he informed us that it would probably take us two months before we were fully educated and able to instantly pull the trigger when the time came.
