Jason was very helpful, courteous, and kind throughout the entire process of buying our home. He was also extremely knowledgeable with every little detail needed. 10 out of 10 we would use his services again.

Jason made this process very very easy. When I needed him he was there either by phone or in person. I live 90 miles away and he made it easy. I will be calling Jason again if I have any additional needs.

Jason Geary was very knowledgeable and patient with our long distance dealings. He was able to show homes via skype to be sure we were able to make to best choices possible from out of state. We eventually narrowed our search from several hundred houses down to just 5 before we made to trip from Texas to Iowa to view and make our final decision. He was also able to make all of our VA Loan dealings, involved with the buy, seamless and clear. Our house was closed right on schedule and above our expectations.. We chose Jason Geary to be or realtor because he had sold other properties in out neighborhood. We found him to be realistic in pricing our house to sell. Within 48hrs we had an attractive offer. We did have buyer issues beyond Jason''s control, but he handled these problems in a professional and expedient manner. We definitely felt that Jason was working for us, and helped us to achieve our goal of moving on to our retirement home.

From finding the perfect home to closing Jason was awesome and went above and beyond to ensure that everything turned out amazing! He was friendly, fast to respond, always willing to help. I would highly recommend him to my family, friends, and anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!
