Jay serves his clients with expertise in real estate acquisition, sales, and management. He maintains extensive service lines, representing multiple phases of the real estate transaction, including private/hard money financing, commercial and venture capital brokering, residential rehabs and wholesaling.

Jay started his real estate career the summer before he graduated from The College of William and Mary in 2001. Jay has been buying, selling, financing, and leasing real estate while helping his clients do the same. Being a Sociology major with a minor in Finance, Jay understands the importance of communication and being able to relate to clients from all walks of life. Jay has transitioned to managing the Fredericksburg office.

Jay is an advocate for education, community involvement, and area youth. His calm demeanor makes him very approachable while his knowledge and hands on approach is an asset to all clients!
