Jeff Gingerich was excellent. He had excellent and clear advice and was patient through the entire process. He provided excellent resources and came in extremely well prepared with research to help maximize what I could get for the home.

What can we say. Jeff exceeded our expectations when it came to the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. Jeff Gingerich kept in touch with us after purchasing from him almost 20 yrs ago . That's a commitment to customers in spades ! This time ( also last time) He helped with so much more than the purchase . Gave us recommendations for lawyers , home inspections , on overbidding or under bidding , his opinions on what should or should not be included in proposals on houses we were interested in . Jeff Gingerich always professional and knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy . Will be using him again very soon !
