I was relocating from out of state and it was a few days before thanksgiving when most people were taking time off. Jeff said he had time and picked me up from my hotel and we spent the days looking at homes. It was the 2nd day and I found a home to call my own. Jeff got the process started as I drove the 7 hrs home. The paperwork was waiting in my in box, my offer was excepted and I'm now the proud owner. Along the way Jeff pointed out things to look for in purchasing a home, for example radon mitigation . As a single woman I was looking for a home that was well maintained, having no real clue about the ins and out of sump pumps or roof flashing ,he guided me in what to ask for in negotiating. Jeff has gone above and beyond for me. He also has a wife who is a veterinarian and so my two dogs will have the care they need. Everything is coming together nicely for me and the transition. Its been a nice warm welcome to the neighborhood. What more could I ask for?
