We recently retained Jeff's services to find us a condo in Toronto. We had certain criteria that needed to be met and he found us exactly what we wanted. Jeff was very professional and always just a phone call away. We reside 3 hours away from Toronto and each time we needed to see him he was always available for us. I would recommend Jeff Tsuji as a real estate representative without hesitation. When I began looking for a condo, Jeff volunteered all the time I needed to acquaint myself with the market and narrow down the possibilities to a few buildings where I felt most at home. His [knowledge of] condos was particularly helpful for me, making a transition from a stand-alone house. He never pressured me on any of the properties we viewed, but when I did need some definite advice he was well prepared. In addition, Jeff did not disappear once the deal had been made - he went far above and beyond in helping me sort out the additional details in coordinating updates and making other arrangements with the vendors. I arrived in Toronto for a three-day condo search [and met Jeff Tsuji]. Within hours of our initial contact, Jeff provided me with a list of properties satisfying my search criteria, and after the initial screening, was able to set up appointments to see most of them before the end of the first day, and provide me with the plan for the next two days. In all of our visits, Jeff provided all the necessary information, and did so in an objective and professional matter. After the final selection, we were able to do the necessary initial paperwork prior to my departure. From that time until the completion of the transaction, Jeff communicated with me on a regular basis, answering all questions, and providing any other necessary information. Overall, I am impressed by Jeff's commitment to bringing the parties to a satisfactory agreement, his professionalism, and his pressure-free approach which is sure to win over new clients.

We decided to move as we could not take the commute anymore. Considering the challenges with buying in Toronto due to low inventory, was advised to buy first and sell afterwards. We were introduced to Jeff through our realtor we worked with to buy the condo in T.O. Right after we bought our condo, and obviously it was time to put our semi for sale, listings grew in our neighbourhood which was not comforting and this made us very nervous. Jeff knows his job so well and he is so professional but at the same time has the ability to develop such trust that to me is essential for this type of business. He is also very tolerant and helps his clients deal with tensions during the sale process. I would absolutely work with him again.

We gave him the opportunity to represent us and help us find the condo of our dreams.
